The wider Midlands
Beyond that ring we cover the rest of the West Midlands, Leicestershire and the surrounding counties by arrangement. This suits landlords and agents with several properties, owners of commercial buildings, and the social housing providers, local authorities and installers running retrofit programmes.
If you are not sure whether we come to you, ask. The answer is usually yes, and we will tell you plainly when it is not.
Nationwide
Retrofit coordination is available across the country. Much of a coordinator's work is planning, review and record-keeping, with site inspections arranged at the points where the standard requires them.
The same rules everywhere, different schemes
Wherever the property is in England, the EPC rules are the same: a certificate when a property is sold, let or built, valid for 10 years. What changes from place to place is licensing for rented homes, the council that enforces the standards and the way grant schemes are delivered. The Warm Homes: Local Grant, for example, is run council by council, and in the West Midlands it is devolved to the combined authority. Each of our area pages sets out the local position.

Do you travel outside the Midlands?
Retrofit coordination is available nationwide. For our other services we cover the Midlands, and we travel further by arrangement for larger instructions.
Is travel charged separately?
No. The price we quote is a single figure with travel included, and we confirm it before you book.
Which areas are quickest to book?
Coventry and the towns closest to it: Bedworth, Nuneaton, Kenilworth, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Solihull, Rugby and Hinckley. Visits are usually booked within 24 to 48 hours.
